Your home is precious to you and it is precious to us, but you can always improve it to make it exactly what you want it to be! We can help with that.

 

Our remodeling design process is slightly different than new construction homes. The initial consultation is the first step where we will meet with you at your home to see what you have to start with and what you are interested in doing to your home. We typically scan your home during this visit to create an existing model of your home as it sits. We will then come up with an initial floor plan to adjust your home's layout and revise the floor plan until it is to your liking. Next, any exterior adjustments to your home will be created and the initial construction document set will be sent to you for review. After any other revisions, your final set will be created. If you select to add on electrical layout, cabinet design, or any other interior 3D design option, it will be added to your design after the construction permit documentation is completed.

 

After completion of your design, we are still available to you to tweak the design of the building or show your alterations of your home. We are here for you every step of the way!
