Building a new home is very exciting but is very costly this day in time. It is important that you get to see every aspect of your home before you even break ground, it is our job to make that happen.

 

Our design process consists of many stages. The initial consultation is the first step where we will meet with you to go over what you are interested in building. We will then come up with an initial floor plan and revise the floor plan until it is to your liking. Next, the outside of the home will be created and the initial construction document set will be sent to you for review. After any other revisions, your final set will be created. If you select to add on electrical layout, cabinet design, or any other interior 3D design option, it will be added to your design after the construction permit documentation is completed.

 

After completion of your design, we are still available to you to tweak the design of the building or show your alterations of your home. We are here for you every step of the way!
